Technical Experience
Accumulator Mech Engineer · Formula Electric at Berkeley ↗
Designed electromechanical packaging for 588V accumulator HV electronics, integrating busbars, insulation, waterproofing, fastener access, and serviceability inside a constrained enclosure; reduced mass by 18%.
Selected materials and manufacturing methods including laser-cut aluminum, waterjet polycarbonate, and Nomex insulation; specified busbar material/geometry for 80A peak discharge; supported SES/ESF safety review.
Undergraduate Researcher · Ramesh Lab ↗
Designed dual-range nanosecond/microsecond pulse-generator hardware for semiconductor thin-film device characterization, integrating GaN switching, grounded coax/BNC I/O, source-measure biasing, RP2040/Python triggering, and bench validation workflows.
Completed supervised PLD growth runs of BiFeO₃ on semiconductor substrates and characterized films using X-ray diffraction and atomic force microscopy.
Built PLD tracking system with experiment logging, image capture, camera-assisted positioning, and data explorer to correlate growth parameters with XRD/AFM/PFM characterization.
